The plumber came quickly was very friendly to mom, saw the broken part, went and got the broken part and was repaired in less than 45 minutes. “The technician was very good, explained the problem and worked on the furnace until the job was done( around 3-4 hours). Very knowledgeable and knew what needed done. This furnace was only 3 months old and part of the problem seemed to be on intial instalation. Problems remedied and soon the furnace was working as it should.”
“David was worth the wait! After waiting almost an hour, I got a call from David. He was super pleasant, very thorough, and very informative. He was great about explaining what he was doing and what common problems were. Before he arrived, he asked a few questions to make sure it was something I couldn’t fix on my own and tried to save me the service charge (it wasn’t something I could do on my own, an electrical component went bad). He explained his whole process while he worked and even went the extra mile to check a couple other common problems, make sure there was no gas leaking, and he made sure there was no carbon monoxide gas leaking out into the house. I was very pleased with his demeanor and professionalism. Reliable1 will definitely be my go to for all my furnace needs in the future!”

Highly reccomend to anyone needing service. we recently had a new ac unit put in after 5 years of no central air. From Heather who answers the phones to Kirk to the others that installed the unit and did initial start up, everyone was great. This past weekend with it being in the 80’s, a house full and oven running almost nonstop we had to use our system and it worked great. Thanks again for such great service.

I must give a HUGE shout out to Reliable 1 of Iowa Falls!! Our furnace quit working this afternoon and I called at 3:58pm. They sent a repairman right away, had to do some hunting for the part. But answers to prayers, he found one, put it in and cranked on the heat!!! Thanks for the great service on New Years Eve. I hope he has a wonderful New Year!
