“David was worth the wait! After waiting almost an hour, I got a call from David. He was super pleasant, very thorough, and very informative. He was great about explaining what he was doing and what common problems were. Before he arrived, he asked a few questions to make sure it was something I couldn’t fix on my own and tried to save me the service charge (it wasn’t something I could do on my own, an electrical component went bad). He explained his whole process while he worked and even went the extra mile to check a couple other common problems, make sure there was no gas leaking, and he made sure there was no carbon monoxide gas leaking out into the house.
